Three worlds meet in this story: the noble world of three Athens couples, a common popular world of tradesmen amateur theatre and a fairy-tale happiness of magic creatures as elves and nymphs. The film is considered the most remarkable Jirí Trnka's work and a milestone in the history of the world animation.

Donald's goes on an adventure in which it is explained how mathematics can be useful in real life. Through this journey it is shown how numbers are more than graphs and charts, they are geometry, music and magical living things. Donald in Mathmagic Land is a 1959 American live-action animated featurette produced by Walt Disney Productions and featuring Donald Duck. The short was directed by Hamilton Luske (with Wolfgang Reitherman, Les Clark, and Joshua Meador as sequence directors) and was released on June 26, 1959. It was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Documentary (Short Subject) at the 32nd Academy Awards, and became a widely viewed educational film in American schools of the 1960s and beyond.

As its title suggests THE FABULOUS WORLD OF JULES VERNE is an awe -inspiring, meticulous cinematic rendering of the aesthetic and conceptual inventions of proto-science fiction genius Jules Verne, based on one of the famed author's lesser known short stories. However, the real star of the film is the intricate art direction, successfully rendering the visual style of nineteenth century woodcuts and engravings into motion pictures, creating a stylized and surreal graphic world within which Verne’s fanciful tale unfolds. A brilliant scientist, Dr. Roche, perches high above a stormy sea, inventing a powerful explosive, when he and his assistant are kidnapped by an evil businessman, Artigas. Taken by submarine to Artigas' volcano headquarters, Roche is tricked into developing his experiment for evil intentions. The scientist’s assistant, Simon, struggles all the while to free himself and warn Roche. A magical world of baroque submarines and sailing ships, killer octopus, undersea bicycles dazzles audiences as human actors, puppetry, animation and fanciful scenic design interact to create a cinematic experience that is unique by any standards. 梦见童子

東映動画（現・東映アニメーション）が、ごく初期に制作したファンタジーアニメ。 　夢の世界を支配する不思議な人物・夢見童子。彼が木下で昼寝をしながら夢を見ていると、子供たちがやってきてそれぞれ好き勝手な夢を見たい、と願う。だが童子は、欲深い子供たちの望む夢をそのまま見させてやる気はなかった。そんな中、一人の少女が童子に、お腹が空きませんか、と貴重な卵を持ってきた。少女の無欲な優しさに感心した童子は、この女の子の願う夢を見させてやろうと思う。 　大勝末期から昭和初期にかけて、挿し絵画家として活躍した蕗谷虹児。そんな彼を構成、演出、作画スタッフに迎えて制作した作品。題材となる伝承は本来は江戸時代のものだが、アニメでは天平時代の出来事に脚色された。
