本作は、童話「マッチ売りの少女」をモチーフとして制作されたVRアニメーションです。現在はPlaystation VR（PSVR）、Oculus Rift、HTC Vive向けに配信されています。制作を行ったPenrose Studiosは、これまでにも「星の王子さま」をモチーフにしたVRアニメ『The Rose And I』の制作などを行ってきました。

“Say kid, you wouldn’t happen to know anything about a bootleg tape floating around, would ya? Y’know the one I’m talkin’ bout, THAT tape. With the clown slut, and her furry friends. Maybe another swing will jog your memory, eh? (sound of goons laughing in the background) Yeah you know the one, dontcha? And I know the rumors just as well as the next guy, so you’re gonna have to cough up something better than that.” (a sickening crack echoes around the room, followed by muffled screaming) “That’s gotta hurt. (more laughter) Word on the street is that Sionis was responsible. If that’s true then the boss ain’t gonna be too happy about that. He made it clear to Sionis that the clown whore was to be delivered unspoilt. So you’re gonna tell us where Sionis took the bitch, and why that van didn’t make it to the drop off point. And if you don’t, I’m gonna break ya other kneecap…” (the errand boy whimpered and pointed to his coat pocket) “What’s this, then? A second tape you say? Unreleased footage? Hey Mikey, bring that TV over here, I got something! This tape better have some answers kid, or you’ll be sleeping with the fishes.” (The faint light of the TV illuminated the room, and the tape began to play)

A long-distance driver, a drifter, journeys from a tenuous reality into a vision of the afterlife, called forth by the spirit of the mountain. Storyline： I received a phone call from a friend I hadn't heard from in years. I answered, excited, but on the other end was only uncontrollable sobbing. "Daniel passed away," she said, through choppy breath and loud tears. A shrill, hot, ringing sound filled my ears. Our mutual friend had overdosed on heroin. I first met Daniel during one of those hazy, humid summers you only get in Georgia. He was a living enigma: overflowing with mystery, and a sarcastic humor about what it was to be human on this planet. Our time together was spent driving around the suburbs, skinny dipping in the creek, and spending sleepless nights making art together. I was lucky to become close friends with him, he was the kind of person you meet once and never forget. During this time I had decided to come out as gay, despite a lot of backlash from the very conservative community I was living in. Daniel was the antithesis of all of that. He wasn't spitting hate and shame, but instead loved me for who I was. He continued to treat me with respect like the friends we always were. Daniel was the first person that was very close and special to me, to pass away. It happened like a flash. This sent me reeling through the long night trying to make some kind of peace.
